CIBIL Saksham

1. What is CIBIL Saksham?

CIBIL Saksham is a credit education platform by TransUnion CIBIL, aimed at promoting financial literacy and credit awareness amongst Indian consumers through simple, engaging, and interactive learning modules.

2. Where can I find CIBIL Saksham?

After logging in, you’ll see “CIBIL Saksham” in the left-side navigation menu of your dashboard.

3. Are Saksham courses included in all plans?

No, Saksham courses are available exclusively as a complimentary benefit with the 6-month and 12-month subscription plans.

4. How do I enroll in a course?

Click on the Enroll button next to the course. You’ll be redirected to the CIBIL Saksham via SSO (Single Sign-On).

5. How long will I have access to the course?

Each course is available for 60 days from the date of enrollment of course or till expiry of subscription plan, whichever is earlier.

6. What happens if I return after 60 days?

If your course has expired, you’ll see a Course Expiry page. You’ll need to re-purchase the CIBIL Subscription plan to start a new course.

7. Will my progress be saved if I re-subscribe?

No. If you re-subscribe after expiry of plan, your course progress will reset to zero.

8. How can I resume a course I enrolled in?

You can resume your active course from the CIBIL dashboard. Click the Resume button next to the course, and you’ll be logged into the Cibil Saksham Portal.

9. Will my progress be saved?

Yes, your progress is saved for 60 days from the date of enrollment. After 60 days, the course will expire.

10. What happens if my subscription expires?

If your subscription expires, you’ll see an expiry message. Upon re-subscribing, your progress will start from zero.

11. How do I download my course certificate?

After completing a course, the ‘Download Certificate’ option will be available on the CIBIL dashboard under the Saksham section.

12. Is the certificate available after the course expires?

Yes, your certificate will remain available until your subscription plan expires, even if the course validity (60 days) has ended.
